Our Surveillance observation services allows for us to detect individuals in restricted areas. Combined with our interactive audio systems, we are able to actively deter criminals before they intrude or cause damage to property. 

A new camera system is not always required for this service, we can work with almost any Onvif compatible cameras that have an active internet connection.

Interactive audio observation services allows for two-way communication and for the detection of glass breaking, gunshots, and even aggression. When any of these issues are detected, one of our agents is ready to diffuse the situation or contact emergency services and low enforcement.

We actively observe your access control system to watch for forced entries, bad card reads, or stolen credentials. We ensure access is granted to individuals that are meant to have access to your facility. Combined with video doorman services, we can provide a two-step authentication to high security doors to verify legitimate entry.

Our experts consistently observe and test your network security. If bad actors are detected, they are halted immediately, verified, and either blacklisted and removed from the network, or whitelisted and allowed entry into the network.

Our agents are able to act as gate attendants remotely. We are able to perform nearly all associated functions of a gate attendant. Such as calling residents or guests & deliveries, verifying contractors access privileges, and assisting residents/employees with entry if they have issues getting into the community/facility. 

With one of our call boxes, we can offer information services for tourists, guests, and residents. Some of the information we can provide includes internal directions, access information, management contact information, and more. 

In addition to our standard camera observation services, we offer virtual guard tours at selected time intervals to ensure property safety and security. With this service, residents/employees are able to call our agents for a virtual guard walk through a property/facility in times that they feel unsafe to walk alone.

Our video doorman services utilize an intercom to provide access into a facility. Wether access is needed for a resident that lost their credentials or for a registered guest, we are able to communicate with the individual at the press of a button!

Our peripheral detection includes peripheral devices such as door sensors, temperature sensors, humidity sensors, water leak sensors, indoor air quality sensors, CO2 sensors, vape/cigarette smoke sensors, power sensors, panic buttons, vibration sensors, and more.

For the majority of these sensors, excluding panic buttons, we do not contact emergency services without the addition of a camera, and instead notify registered contacts at the facility.
