With select existing product or with newly installed purchased product, you have the option to select an annual maintenance agreement to cover the standard maintenance needs of your product or system, thereby reducing service calls and keeping your system performing at peak efficiency.

All of our non-residential clients have a leasing option, that Spearhead owns the product and maintains the product, meaning the client holds no responsibility to pay for service calls or to maintain the product.

This is an industry standard. You pay for what you want to own and we install it!
